Buttie is seat-side ordering. Scan the sign at your seat, say what you want, and stay put. This page is for the Buttie app for iPhone and Android and the web app at buttie.ai.

Common questions

The app shows sample venues. Where is mine? The sample venues show how Buttie works. A real venue appears when it runs Buttie and you scan its sign.

Scanning did nothing. Hold the camera over the sign's code for a second, with good light. If the venue's sign carries a web address instead, your phone's own camera opens it too.

Voice is not hearing me. Tap the mic once and speak after the ring lights up. The app needs microphone permission: Settings › Buttie on iPhone, or App info › Permissions on Android. You can always type the order instead.

Nothing was sent? On a sample venue, that is right: orders stay on your phone. At a real venue, your order goes to the bar the moment you confirm it, and My orders shows where it is.

I want my information removed. Write to us with the venue's name. Sample orders are only on your phone; deleting the app removes them.
